Return Policy
No refunds. If a damaged item is shipped to you, please send notification within 10 days from the day you received your package for an exchange. Any wrong/damage claim made after 10 days will not be accepted. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock.
All items for exchange must be in their original condition with tags attached. Items with make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke), Taco Bell hot sauce, mayo, mustard, hamburgers, sushi, BBQ sauce, or other customer damages will result in the items being returned to you. Period.
No return or exchange on any sale items! All customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back.
